Amazing place tucked away next to the farm. Not only can you buy fresh milk in a glass bottle and take it away with you, you can also buy a milkshake too in all flavours! If you have time, you definitely need to try their ice creams. They are amazing! Would recommend to all!

Popped in on the way home from York as I had heard great things about the ice cream. I was not disappointed. I am coeliac and Curlew Fields system is fantastic. GF cones kept away from gluten products and clear labeling showing which ice creams were suitable for GF diet. The server changed her gloves for me and washed the scoop. I had a fantastic Black Cherry ice cream in a cone. Thank you!!

This place is a 💎 after visiting a couple of times with the kids, the staff are friendly and the place is spotlessly clean to say it’s a working farm! Ice cream is good quality, but the milkshakes are on another level of quality! I don’t drink milkshake much but these taste so fresh without that awful sweet taste you get with other milkshake! Please visit you will not be disappointed

One of our favourite places! We come usually at least once a week (more if there’s blueberry muffin or pistachio milkshake on!) & it’s always a lovely, wholesome hour or two spent. Gorgeous ice cream with an amazing variety of flavours, the waffles are a delicious treat and always served with a smile. We come rain or shine & will continue to do so. The indoor seating is comfortable with a small selection of little toys to entertain small ones and outside there’s a sandpit with spaces etc. Our two (11 month old & 8 year old) love looking at the goats and ducks and chicks and leave happy, especially when the tractor is there to explore! Would highly recommend a visit to everybody!

What a great farm and cafe. Great milkshakes, smooth ice-cream and tasty coffee and cakes. All to eat in or take away. There is plenty for kids to do too. My 3 year old loves playing with the toys available in the cafe area, there is a sand pit plus the chicks, goose and goats to see. Today we had a special treat seeing the cows coming in from the field to the sheds, just happened to be there at the right time. I really recommend the banana ice cream.

So pleased to have Curlew on our doorstep, we nip in every week to get a bottle of milk and a milkshake. The ice cream and waffles are so good! You won’t be disappointed! Very family friendly and we often take the dog too!

This place is an absolute hidden gem. The ice cream flavours are bang on. She sometimes does an apple pie one which tastes just like apple pie 😋😋. This is now our regular ice cream place. Oh, and the waffles are absolutely splendid 😋😋.

What a great place to visit within a couple of miles from home. Fantastic milkshakes(some odd flavours but they work) local coffee, ice creams for us and the puppies. Weekly visits for us.

Curlew Fields Dairies is one of the best place around for Ice creams and milkshakes. They also serve delicious coffee and cakes within their coffee shop. With a wide variety of choice when it comes to ice creams you will struggle to find any flavour that isn’t delicious. The ice creams all taste lovely and fresh and they have different flavours each time. The staff are always really friendly. They also have ice creams for dogs. When it comes to the milkshakes, I would recommend them to anyone. They are all made with fresh whole milk quick and efficiently from the milkshake vending machine. You can get a 500ml milkshake for £1.30 and a litre milkshake for £2. With milk from 70p for 500ml. Unbeatable price for a fresh product. To top it off they also do open farm days where you can explore the farm, with tractors and milk lorries for the children to get on board as well as being able to get up close to the cows, lambs and horse.
