What a pleasure to buy from a family run company who put there customers first. We ordered all our windows and doors for our new build, the staff took the time to advise on all aspects of the specification. The quality is excellent and backed up with exemplary service. They are competitively price.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent communication. Extremely helpful and efficient. Went out of their way to make it as easy, quick, and stress-free as possible. At our end, we’ve faced multiple life stresses along the way ranging from the door frame space not being wide enough to needing a door replacing urgently to juggling everything alongside disability. Minster have been phenomenal. They’ve taken the stress out of every situation without any sense that we were being difficult. Every single person who visited the house has been professional, friendly, tidy, clean, and helpful. As a single female, I’ve always felt safe. They’ve always respected my time, space, and me as a person. I would happily use them again (and again!) and can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us.

We bought a door and window from Minster recently supply only. The rough measurements and quote were prompt, and really reasonable. After a little confusion about supply only we got put through to Mackenzie who was absolutely fantastic, sorted everything out smoothly and really did go over and above, even going over to the factory to collect a corner piece we'd forgotten to order so we would have it in time. Absolutely fantastic. Was recommended Minster by friends and would definitely recommend them in the future!

I recently had a very large window removed and replaced with a new one. From start to finish the lads were spot on. Top blokes. Highly recommended them. And they made sure I was happy before leaving. They put dust sheets down and Any mess they cleaned up. The salesman that sold me the window was really helpful. He's asked how can we save you money. Instead of saying you need all your Windows doing like a previous company I inquired about. The surveyor who carried out the final measurements out. Advised me on some helpful tricks for my other windows too. From start to finish a brilliant company. 10/10.

Since the change of ownership, every fitting has been a breeze. Mick, the fitter of 4 of our windows, is very professional and a perfectionist. He is a very efficient communicator and not patronising at all – which can happen when you're a woman. The fact that the communication and invoicing has very much been streamlined via email also is a big plus. We would totally recommend Minster Windows and would do business again.

Update further to my previous review - I have used Minster again for the fitting of a very large patio door, fitted efficiently in a strange internal position. Again, I cannot fault them. Consistently excellent service throughout. Great staff - friendly, tidy and efficient. Good value and quality. The experience from sales to completion was again excellent. Happy to recommend and would certainly use them again. Many thanks everyone for once again making the whole thing stress free!
